Lesson Policy
1. PAYMENT
Lessons are priced as follows: 30 minutes $35, 45 minutes $50, 60 minutes $60. Payments are to be made weekly at time of lesson via cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle directly to your instructor.
i. No payment is required if you miss your lesson for any reason.
ii. Advanced Payments: If you wish to pay in advance for the month, you may do so. If any lessons are missed, the following month will be prorated to reflect the lessons missed.
2. MISSING LESSONS
No advanced notice is required, however, as a courtesy we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to miss your booked time slot.
i. Any prepaid lessons that are missed can either be made up at another time or can be used to prorate the following month.
ii. If you continuously miss lessons (excluding instructor absence), you forfeit your hold on your time slot. This ensures that we will be able to have consistent work and minimize our student waitlist.
iii. Zoom is always an option if you are sick or out of town but still wish to do your lesson, just let your instructor know that you would like to do a Zoom lesson that week.
3. REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds for completed classes. If you have prepaid for lessons that you can no longer make, a refund will be issued via original payment method.
4. RESERVING LESSON TIMES
Lesson times are first come first serve. Upon starting lessons, you will be asked to pick a day and time in your instructor’s schedule, that day and time will be yours each week. Time and space is limited so to ensure that the space is being used, we have had to institute a policy on reserving time slots.
i. If for any reason you miss an excessive amount of lessons, we have the right to remove you from our schedules.
B. If you wish to not have a permanent time slot, you may reach out to your instructor at any point to ask for a “one off” lesson and we will accommodate if possible.
5. CHARTER SCHOOLS
We are happy to be a vendor for several different charter schools! Your instructor will provide you with a breakdown of monthly totals for you to submit to your schools.
