The phrase “no rest for the wicked” I seem to take to heart way too often. I’m never satisfied unless I have every second of my day jam packed with some activity or other. For the most part it all as to do with music (or reading, I love to read). For example, as soon as “In Pieces” was released I was writing 24/7 again. Which meant back to the studio!
Brady and I have always had such an effortless studio relationship. I learned everything I know about engineering and studio life from him. So of course our next project was just as much fun! We set to work on “Little Bird” as my follow up single.
I went in with a basic guitar and vocal concept for the song and the famous four words came from Brady again, “do you trust me?”. After a couple sessions of adding, tweaking, and overall magic, we had all the tracks done and were into mixing!
This was my graduation present, one last amazing experience in the studio at Norco Music. Time goes on and people may go their separate ways, but I will always have these memories and experiences close to my heart. I love all the people who have helped me along my journey. I cannot thank Brady and everyone at Norco enough for all they’ve taught me and helped me grow. Hopefully our team will have more music for you all again!

Always an effortless and beautiful time with you in the studio! I'm so grateful for all the memories we made together inside those walls...here's to making a million more.
